DIGITAL TERMINAL FOR SELECTIVE TRIGGERING OF GROUNDED LINES, manufactured by A-EBERLE

Field of use: the terminal is intended for the selective tripping of lines with grounding, from medium voltage networks having neutral treated by the extinguishing coil.

Main features: integrability in the SCADA system and the possibility of combining several methods of detecting the line with grounding, depending on the characteristics of the network.

Methods used : the wattmetric method, the current harmonics method, the pulse detection method and the transient method with the qui algorithm, which is a precise method, based on an algorithm that analyzes the transient phenomena that appear in faulty lines and healthy lines, analyzing the whole system and quickly identifying the defective line. Methods are selectable and combinable via WinEDC Software.

Design: the EOR-D terminal can be used for four feeders and is mounted in an EORSys 19″ rack. Up to four EOR-D modules can be mounted in an EORSys rack, for 16 feeders, plus a card for integrating the equipment into SCADA.
