Multifrequency current injection, manufactured by A-Eberle

Main advantages:

  • compact dimensions
  • without induction coils, as is the case with classic current injections
  • does not require additional voltage transformer

Thanks to its compact shape, it can fit into any existing control cabinet. During operation, up to eight different frequencies can be introduced into the auxiliary power winding of the extinguishing coil, without additional inductors, as is the case with classic current injections.

Procesul clasic de acordare a bobinei de stingere, adică căutarea curbei de rezonanță pe intreaga cursă a bobinei, nu se realizeaza intotdeauna The classic process of tuning the extinguishing coil, i.e. searching for the resonance curve over the entire stroke of the coil, is not always successful, depending on certain situations in the network. A-EBELE developed this current injection precisely for the increasingly frequent situations where the homopolar sequence voltage is highly disturbed or subject to extreme influences or where the networks are highly symmetrical. The current injection creates a signal that is fed into the mains through the auxiliary power winding of the arc extinguishing coil. From the reaction received from the network, the combination of the two equipments, REG-DP(A) and MCI current injection, is able to calculate a resonance curve even with a low or highly variable homopolar sequence voltage.
